PUERTO DE SAN JUAN, La Union – Eight student writers of The Golden Harvest, the official student publication of Pangasinan State University- Sta. Maria Campus, garnered various awards during the 21st Regional Higher Education Press Conference (RHEPC) held last January 26-28, 2022.
This year’s RHEPC was held with the theme, “Recalibrate: Championing Principled Journalism in Battling Infoxication,” advocating ethical journalism against information anxiety.
Also, one of its goals was to select the best among the best who will represent Region 1 in the upcoming Luzon Higher Education Press Conference (LHEPC).
TGH scribes managed to earn 14 medals in the individual categories.

Juralbar, Lovidad, and Estillore are set to compete to the LHEPC to be held in Naga City, Bicol.
With the total accumulated points, TGH was hailed as the overall 9th runner-up top performing institution.
