Pangasinan State University has made the final shortlist for the ‘Social Responsibility Award’ in The Investors in People Awards 2021. In a record-breaking year for entries, with nearly three hundred organizations involved, this is a remarkable accomplishment in which everyone at PSU takes great pride.
The Investors in People Awards celebrate the world’s best organizations and individuals in a wide range of organizational, people, well-being, and leadership categories. Every year, hundreds of organizations from throughout the UK and beyond battle for one of the coveted trophies to highlight their award-winning dedication to investing in their people.
“It is a privilege to be shortlisted for this award; a clear indication of the dedication and hard work the team has invested in the business. We see social responsibility as part of our remit. That is how it is embedded in our culture; it is in our strategic plan, always, not just now,” Ms. Leizel M. Castillo, PSU’s IiP Focal Person, said.
“Now in our 8th year, it always makes me feel immensely proud to see so many fantastic organizations staking their claim to be the best. And every year, the entries do get more and more competitive and the judging even tighter. Reaching the final shortlist is a testament to the exceptional commitment these organizations are making to make work better for their people, and they truly deserve this recognition,” Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, commented.
The Winners will be announced at an online ceremony on the 23rd November 2021. /ksg
