The Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension, and Innovation (OVPREI), headed by Dr. Paulo V. Cenas together with Dr. Honorio L. Cascolan (CED, PSU-SM), visited the farthest barangay of San Nicolas, Pangasinan to meet the different stakeholders in the community for establishing future research and extension services.
Dr. Cenas introduced Pangasinan State University and its four core functions to the Malico community. He also highlighted the different projects and programs of the University to enlighten the community about what is PSU really about.
Malico National Highschool signified its intention for a Adopt-A-School project with PSU Sta Maria. PB. Jaime Segundo and his council expressed their gratitude and expressed their desire for an Ecotourism project.
The team is also joined by Dr. Larry Santos (CED), Dr. Prima Silvestre, Dr. Renee Christopher Cacho, Ace John Mark Liwanag, Jericho Sombrito, and Aalrey Uminga.
