The PSU-Mushroom Technology and Innovation Center (PSU-MTIC) have accepted four (4) working students under the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) for year 2022.
Said students who were deployed under the PSU-MTIC were trained on the different mushroom technologies and management of the mushroom project. They were equipped with skills on how to prepare substrates and mushroom beddings, and how to maintain them for possible robust income.
The said training benefited the students as they have gained entrepreneurial skills which can provide them possible business idea for income generating ventures.
The students were grateful for the assistance given by Dr. Cesar Della and Dr. Elisa Della, heads of the MTIC. They have learned fruitful and practical knowledge while earning from the program.
